Nothing, I recieve a design commission by my suppliers 

It depends on  a few factors like the size of your window and which quality you go for. I am also able to use some really good promotional discounts  that are passed on to me. So I always try and incorporate those whereever possible. You can find a few costing examples on my blog page.

I very often run promotions  and discounts, it is well worth following me on Facebook  , Instragram and Google business page to see some of the latest offers

Most importantly I listen, I like to understand what  your issues are; is it sunlight, privacy, something to just look nice?  I look at your windows and check the suitablity of what I suggest.  Come up with some ideas and show you samples and examples.  Then I measure to create a quote for you, adding on any latest promotions  too. Then once you approve my suggestions a surveyor from Thomas Sanderson will come and assess. 

I take about  two hours or more depending on your requirements. Once ordered our local surveyor or customer services will contact you within 72 hours. They will try and come within 5 working days  to re measure and assess. At the suvery they will also book a fit date with you dependant on the current lead time for that product.  A lot of the products are made in the factory in Nottingham and Coventry in the UK. Those products that are sourced overseas will take longer and the surveyor will advise on the very latest lead times.
